Vitronics Soltec, a global supplier of electronics soldering equipment and technology, has been acquired by Illinois Tool Works Inc. (NYSE:ITW).

Fans of Vitronics Soltec’s enormously successful XPM2 Reflow System can now get all of the premier performance that the system is known for, plus additional significant upgrades, in the new XPM2+.

Vitronics Soltec announces first sale and installation of its MR933 reflow soldering system to a European electronics manufacturer. The MR933 was formally introduced to the European market in Q4 2007. The sale was made by Scanditron Sverige AB, Vitronics Soltec’s representative in the Scandinavian territory.
